DOSFARM enters North American market
On November 7, 2023, Becky from the International Business Department welcomed the initial negotiation with American customers on the cooperation of mint Candy products. With her professional qualities, Becky carefully recommended two star products, sandwich bubble candy and downward pearl candy, to the customer. The customer expressed high recognition and agreed to receive samples for further consideration.
After quickly settling the freight matters, the samples were successfully sent out on November 8. In view of the fact that the customer's project is still in the early stages and has not yet reached the minimum order quantity, Becky prepared in advance and explained to the customer in advance the possible version and printing costs, and the customer expressed full understanding and support for this.

On November 20, the customer happily received the first batch of samples and then launched several rounds of in-depth price negotiations. During this period, Becky always maintained patience and meticulousness, and gave detailed answers to every question raised by the customer.
The customer was particularly fond of bubble sandwich products, so he asked to arrange six flavors of bubble candy for proofing. In order to meet this customer's needs, we quickly sent out samples on January 29, 2024. In order to speed up the confirmation process, Becky carefully prepared three samples with different bubble sensations for customers to choose from, and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the packaging design of bubble gum, and finally recommended the penguin bottle packaging solution with excellent sealing effect to customers.
As the cooperation deepened, on February 7, the customer received new samples and began to work on product design. During this period, Becky not only provided packaging die and ingredient list, but also actively assisted customers in label confirmation. When the customer raised questions about the tearability of the sealing aluminum film, Becky quickly communicated with the procurement and production teams, and successfully introduced the easy-tear sealing technology while ensuring product quality.
On February 29, the two parties officially entered the communication stage of order quantity. In view of the limited number of sample orders, in order to gain a place in the US market, Becky carefully planned two packaging solutions for customers to choose from. On March 13, we again made samples according to the flavors and quantities required by the customer. After nearly two months of hard work, the customer completed the first draft of the design on May 23, and made final confirmation of the packaging design within the next two months. In August, as the order was formally implemented, we quickly arranged production after confirming the payment and shipping details. With the joint efforts of the R&D, procurement and production teams, the small batch order was successfully completed. In September, the bulk goods were shipped smoothly. Considering that the customer had an important press conference in October, in order to catch up with the schedule, we used air transportation for part of the goods and ship the rest. On October 3, the bulk goods arrived in the United States smoothly, and the customer is busy with customs clearance and subsequent listing work.
"The road is long and arduous", the project that lasted for a year finally succeeded. The success of this project, the international business department team used their own experience to interpret what is integrity, dedication, professionalism, and never giving up.
